What you will do

• Support the execution of client engagements from pre-NTP development through post-NTP construction and closeout.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, including detailed timelines and task tracking.
• Conduct technical and financial analysis of solar PV and energy storage projects across C&I and utility-scale markets.
• Act as a power user of internal software, providing feedback to enhance workflows and product functionality.
• Support the onboarding and mentorship of junior team members.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project coordination, analysis, or management within renewable energy or adjacent industries.
• Direct experience supporting utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Ability to review and interpret technical documentation such as site plans, reports, and contracts.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, economics, or a related field.
