What you will do

• Monitor BESS and PV asset performance to ensure systems operate above contractual obligations.
• Analyze operational data to identify underperformance and collaborate with O&M and LTSA providers for resolution.
• Manage revenue streams for PV assets and optimize energy storage dispatch strategies.
• Develop performance dashboards and KPIs, and prepare financial reports for investors and regulators.
• Oversee contract compliance with equipment vendors, software providers, and interconnection agreements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting for operational expenses, and variance reporting.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in utility-scale solar PV generation and energy storage or energy market analytics.
• Strong understanding of PV system design, tracking systems, and dispatch optimization strategies.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, Excel, and Power BI.
• Experience with PV monitoring platforms (AlsoEnergy, Power Factors) and SCADA/BMS systems.
• Familiarity with project documents including EPC warranties and Performance Guarantees.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, energy systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in wholesale energy markets such as CAISO, PJM, or ERCOT.
• Advanced degree (MBA or MS).
