Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 + equity

What you will do

• Serve as Deal Lead for utility-scale development engagements, owning strategy and client communication from origination through NTP.
• Guide clients through the full development lifecycle, including capital stack, EPC strategy, and long-term opex considerations.
• Lead executive-level discussions as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales to define scope, develop proposals, and establish commercial strategies.
• Oversee execution workstreams across internal teams to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables.
• Collaborate with technical and financial leaders to align development scopes with client objectives.

Requirements

• Deep experience in utility-scale renewable energy development from origination through NTP.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including expertise in capex modeling and project pro-formas.
• Ability to lead C-suite conversations and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Fluency in the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and its impact on solar and BESS deployment.
• Proven ability to coordinate development, transmission & distribution, engineering, and commercial teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Background with a developer, IPP, investor, or infrastructure fund.
• Experience with energy storage (BESS) in addition to utility-scale solar.
• Experience scaling or standardizing development programs across multiple markets.
• Exposure to complex, multi-asset portfolios.
