TL;DR

Manager, West Coast Sales (Fintech): Leading and coaching a team of Sales Representatives and Account Managers to drive revenue growth and client acquisition with an accent on pipeline health and performance management. Focus on strategic deal structuring and driving excellence within the private equity and venture capital sectors.

Location: San Francisco, CA. Must be based in the office 5 days a week. Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Salary: Base $172,500 + Annual on-target variable commission of $69,000

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of Sales and Account Managers to exceed individual and team revenue targets.
  • Monitor and manage team pipeline health, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent performance.
  • Drive individual growth through regular feedback, goal setting, and performance management.
  • Support team members in complex negotiations and deal structuring.
  • Manage recruiting, onboarding, and professional development for new team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute revenue strategies and sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management.
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or people management role.
  • Proven success managing workflows using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, specifically private equity and venture capital.
  • Proficiency with sales performance tools like Outreach or Gong.
  • Authorization to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship.
