What you will do
- Identify customer needs and value drivers to develop tailored specialty chemical solutions.
- Build strong relationships with customer technical teams to understand requirements and challenges.
- Drive sales growth by expanding share of wallet and developing new business relationships.
- Build and manage a robust CRM pipeline for the target portfolio to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and A&D teams in a coordinated team setup.
- Provide market insights to innovation and marketing teams and hand over established business to account managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Economics, Business, or other related fields.
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in chemical specialties, coatings, or adjacent industries.
- English: C1 level required; additional languages are a benefit.
- Ability to travel 50-75% depending on geographic location.
- Strong ability to simplify and convey complex technical information.
