What you will do
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal close, coordinating with customer success and technical teams.
- Drive complex sales cycles, involving internal and external stakeholders like integrators.
- Build relationships with executives to close deals and build long-lasting partnerships.
- Consult with prospects and existing customers on business objectives and requirements.
- Negotiate agreements and maintain sales data in Salesforce.
- Provide after-sales support with the CSM team to maximize customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Experience as a B2B Account Executive or similar sales role in SaaS B2B or finance product.
- Extensive experience in prospecting and developing a corporate market across DACH.
- Experience with MEDDICC sales qualification methodology.
- Thrive partnering with business leaders and executives, closing deals, and aligning key stakeholders.
- Affinity for tech and product issues, with experience in finance or business planning.
- Fluent German and English.
