Salary: $165,000–$195,000 + 15% target bonus

What you will do

• Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for the Credit & Deals dataset to deliver customer and business impact.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering professional growth and clear ownership.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Operations to design and refine data pipelines and tooling.
• Establish data governance standards for models, schemas, lineage, and quality controls.
• Analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for strategic differentiation.
• Ensure datasets are optimized for machine interpretation, including APIs and AI/ML formats.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CFA charter holder strongly preferred).
• 5+ years of experience with private markets.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
