TL;DR

Director of Product & Design (SaaS): Leading the SaaS product portfolio for a real estate finance platform with an accent on portfolio strategy, AI-powered innovation, and design excellence. Focus on scaling product and design teams, optimizing execution velocity, and transforming construction loan administration.

Location: Hybrid in Nashville, TN or Remote (US). Remote employees must be able to travel to Nashville at least twice per year for company events.

Salary: $200,000–$300,000 USD per year

What you will do

Define and drive the multi-year product vision and strategy across the SaaS portfolio.
Own portfolio-level prioritization to maximize customer value and revenue impact.
Identify and prioritize AI-enabled opportunities to simplify workflows and reduce manual processes.
Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers and Designers to elevate design quality and UX consistency.
Partner with Engineering, Finance, and GTM teams to align product strategy with business goals.
Evaluate build vs. buy vs. partner decisions for the platform.

Requirements

8–12+ years of Product Management experience within B2B SaaS.
Experience leading multi-product portfolios or complex platform ecosystems.
Proven ability to scale PM and Design teams.
Must be based in the US or meet travel requirements to Nashville, TN.
Strong familiarity with modern AI tooling for product discovery and prototyping.
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, expansion, usage, margin).

Nice to have

Experience in fintech, proptech, construction tech, or regulated workflows.
Experience operating in mid-market and enterprise SaaS motions.
Familiarity with workflow-heavy, compliance-driven products.
