What you will do
- Scale and optimize the personalization engine using deep learning to reduce friction in the patient financial journey.
- Define the multi-year roadmap for Pay’s AI vision to create AI-driven patient journeys.
- Enable product squads by defining clear APIs, integration mechanisms, and documentation.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure effective consumption of the platform's intelligence.
- Drive rigorous experimentation using large-scale A/B testing to validate how ML interventions impact financial behavior and user satisfaction.
- Align the AI roadmap with ’s core business outcomes, ensuring that investments in personalization translate into measurable improvements.
Requirements
- 8+ Years of Product Leadership with a track record of shipping complex products, with at least 3 years focused on ML-driven personalization or recommendation systems.
- AI/ML Fluency: Understanding of data pipelines, feature engineering, model training, and Gen AI integration.
- Data-Obsessed: Expert in experimentation design and interpreting complex data.
- Platform Mindset: Experience building foundational capabilities (SDKs, APIs, or Internal Tools).
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align engineering, data science, and business teams.
- High-Bar Leader: A self-starter who raises the bar, solves complex problems, and challenges the status quo.
