What you will do

• Scale and optimize the personalization engine using deep learning to reduce friction in the patient financial journey.
• Define the multi-year roadmap for hirify.global Pay’s AI vision to create AI-driven patient journeys.
• Enable product squads by defining clear APIs, integration mechanisms, and documentation.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure effective consumption of the platform's intelligence.
• Drive rigorous experimentation using large-scale A/B testing to validate how ML interventions impact financial behavior and user satisfaction.
• Align the AI roadmap with hirify.global’s core business outcomes, ensuring that investments in personalization translate into measurable improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ Years of Product Leadership with a track record of shipping complex products, with at least 3 years focused on ML-driven personalization or recommendation systems.
• AI/ML Fluency: Understanding of data pipelines, feature engineering, model training, and Gen AI integration.
• Data-Obsessed: Expert in experimentation design and interpreting complex data.
• Platform Mindset: Experience building foundational capabilities (SDKs, APIs, or Internal Tools).
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align engineering, data science, and business teams.
• High-Bar Leader: A self-starter who raises the bar, solves complex problems, and challenges the status quo.
