TL;DR
Senior Product Manager (Fraud Services): Owning the foundational platform and core services that power fraud detection products with an accent on the industrialization of fraud detection and scaling ML-driven insights. Focus on building the scalable technical connective tissue between raw data/models and final risk scores.

Salary: $170,000 β $205,000 + Equity & Bonus

What you will do
- Lead technical enablement for Score addons including Graph Intelligence and Signals for maximum reuse across the ecosystem.
- Manage the model lifecycle as a product, ensuring operational excellence and seamless customer adoption of fraud intelligence.
- Scale cross-fraud services such as name matching and address validation to ensure global consistency and low-latency performance.
- Apply structured product frameworks (RICE, Kano, JTBD) for data-driven prioritization and tradeoff decisions.
- Partner with Engineering and Data Science to deliver high-quality graph and signal-based features.
- Execute native integration of graph insights into existing products to enhance detection efficacy and reduce false positives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in platform systems, infrastructure, or core services within high-scale B2B API or ML/AI environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of predictive analytics and data-driven product development.
- Proven success delivering technical products end-to-end and iterating based on impact.
- Experience driving alignment between diverse cross-functional stakeholders and remote teams.
- Must be based in the US (company cannot provide sponsorship now or in the future).
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.
Nice to have
- Experience with identity fraud data, model feedback loops, or graph-based fraud detection tools.
- Prior work with clients in financial services, fintech, or government sectors.
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of building B2B self-service oriented products.
- Based on the East Coast.
