Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Onsite 5 days a week)

Salary: $165,000–$195,000 + 15% target bonus

What you will do

• Define the strategic vision and roadmap for Credit & Deals datasets to deliver business impact.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team responsible for dataset delivery and ownership.
• Partner with Data Operations and Engineering to design and refine data pipelines and tooling.
• Establish data governance standards for models, schemas, lineage, and quality controls.
• Conduct market intelligence to identify opportunities for competitive differentiation.
• Ensure datasets are optimized for APIs, AI, and advanced analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in private markets.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive decision-making via data.
