What you will do

• Define and lead strategy for acquiring and expanding data assets across credit lifecycle products
• Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Analytics to develop scalable data products
• Build long-term data roadmaps aligned with product portfolio and growth strategy
• Guide commercialization enabling data-driven product solutions
• Identify new market opportunities through competitive and market insights
• Collaborate across credit risk, fraud, identity, and decisioning teams to support diverse use cases

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States or near an hirify.global office for hybrid work
• 8+ years in product management or data product strategy, preferably in financial services or fintech
• Experience with large-scale data assets, data governance, and regulatory compliance
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in data science, analytics, finance, or related field
• Proven ability to build product roadmaps and commercialize data-enabled products
