TL;DR
GTM Lead (AI/SaaS): Owning revenue targets and scaling the business by managing the full enterprise sales cycle with an accent on C-suite relationship building and pipeline generation. Focus on developing scalable sales playbooks, running executive events, and driving growth for an AI-native procurement platform.
Location: Hybrid (London). Must work in-person Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Compensation: £70K Base + £70K Commission + Equity

What you will do
- Own the full enterprise deal cycle from prospecting and discovery to closing and territory management.
- Build a pipeline from scratch using multi-channel outbound and C-suite relationship building for accounts with 500 to 8,000+ employees.
- Coordinate and host leadership events, including dinners and roundtables for CFOs, to accelerate deal cycles.
- Experiment with messaging and outbound approaches to create scalable sales playbooks.
- Drive revenue growth as a launchpad to transition into a commercial leadership role within 12 months.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in high-caliber environments such as banking, trading, consulting, VC, or high-growth scale-ups.
- Strong commercial ambition and a drive to own revenue outcomes.
- Professional gravitas and the ability to hold conversations with CFOs and senior executives.
- Technical curiosity to connect a prospect's technical landscape to a business outcome.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and move fast.

Hiring process
- Initial 30-minute screening call.
- Interview with the sales team (30-45 mins).
