Salary: €85K – €120K

What you will do

• Design and implement a company-wide performance management system using AI-led tools, defining KPIs and multipliers.
• Coach and challenge department leads on high-performance standards, accountability, and execution.
• Develop and evolve bonus, equity, and commission structures that reflect performance outcomes.
• Introduce elite operating rhythms, resilience frameworks, and execution systems.
• Build and scale a dedicated performance team as the function grows.

Requirements

• Experience building performance systems from scratch in high-growth startups (50–300 people).
• Proven ability to work at C-level proximity and influence senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience designing compensation frameworks (bonuses, equity, commissions).
• Track record of driving accountability culture through OKRs, KPIs, or performance multipliers.
• Must be based in Berlin for full-time on-site work.

• Experience translating high-performance methodologies from elite environments like the military, professional sports, or top-tier consulting.
