What you will do

• Support the COO office in daily operations and coordination of ongoing activities.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, analyses, and reports for management.
• Help organize meetings, track tasks, and document key outcomes.
• Support data collection, KPI tracking, and basic evaluations.
• Conduct research on specific topics and prepare structured summaries.
• Collaborate with different departments and act as a supporting interface across teams.

Requirements

• Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to learn, take initiative, and work independently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English required.
