What you will do

• Identify and develop locally relevant marketing initiatives while managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee daily operations, monitor KPIs, and track overall shop performance.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, tech, logistics, and customer service departments.
• Conduct market analyses and support the Markets Team with strategic business cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in e-commerce or fashion.
• Native German and excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Strong analytical skills and business sense.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
