What you will do

• Develop a pipeline of opportunity IP from hirify.global and Wattpad platforms and set revenue targets.
• Identify licensing targets and strategize pitches across various categories and territories, including North America.
• Negotiate and manage licensing contracts in collaboration with the legal team to ensure timely closure.
• Create annual sales budgets and track monthly sales forecasts.
• Mentor and guide the Associate Manager of Partners and Licensing.
• Build and maintain long-term trust-based relationships with international partners to ensure collaboration and growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of licensing experience, including foreign publishing rights.
• Proven track record of progressive growth within the industry.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently with high accountability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build constructive relationships within and outside the organization.
• Meticulous organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
