Salary: $93,000 - $161,000 / annually

What you will do
- Drive business growth by engaging prospects and mid-market advertisers and agencies within assigned territories.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial pitch and client education through negotiation and deal commitment.
- Develop and present custom digital advertising solutions aligned with client business objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships as a trusted advisor.
- Coordinate with Sales Support and Ad Operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Provide accurate updates on opportunities and account health in Salesforce for team-wide forecasting.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of success in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in digital media or programmatic advertising.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
- High proficiency in CRM systems and pipeline reporting.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Must be a resident and legally authorized to work in Los Angeles, CA.
