TL;DR

Client Services Manager (Adtech): Managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring campaign success and client satisfaction with an accent on campaign execution and performance oversight across hirify.global’s advertising solutions. Focus on building strong client relationships, optimizing campaigns, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Location: Hybrid, New York City. Must be based in the United States.

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 annually, in addition to annual variable compensation.

What you will do

  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Lead client onboarding, campaign launches, and ongoing account management.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns to deliver against agreed KPIs.
  • Monitor performance, pacing, and account health, proactively addressing risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and internal teams to support growth and retention.
  • Deliver client training, insights, and clear reporting, including post-campaign analysis.

Requirements

  • Experience in client services, account management, or campaign operations within digital media, adtech, or programmatic advertising.
  • Strong client communication skills, with the ability to build trust and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • A data-driven mindset and comfort analyzing performance metrics to drive optimization and insights.
  • Solid understanding of campaign setup, trafficking, and performance management across digital channels.
  • Ability to manage priorities independently while knowing when to escalate and collaborate.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a desire to grow into a more strategic role.
