Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year

What you will do

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities with brand and agency partners, specifically in Tech, Telco, and Gaming verticals.
  • Develop and pitch strategic media and branded content proposals using the creator ecosystem and storytelling formats.
  • Lead full-cycle proactive outreach, from cold introductions to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal Client Success, Ad Ops, and B2B Marketing teams to execute successful campaigns.
  • Translate client objectives into actionable full-funnel marketing strategies that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Manage and report on the sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, brand partnerships, or integrated marketing.
  • Proven ability to independently prospect and close deals with direct clients and agencies.
  • Strong understanding of digital storytelling, fandom culture, and the web-novel ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
