TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite) in Needham, MA, United States

Salary: $150,000 - $253,000 USD

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic advisor to operations leadership to drive HR strategies and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, performance management, and career development.
  • Partner with leaders to design organizational structures and cultures that support agility and high performance.
  • Address employee relations issues and champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Drive change management initiatives and provide coaching to leaders during periods of growth and transformation.
  • Oversee HR operations using data and analytics to measure the impact of people initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leadership and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree or HR certification.
