GTM Engineer

TL;DR

GTM Engineer (Growth Marketing): Building and scaling the revenue engine for a private credit management platform with an accent on automated pipeline creation and multi-channel growth programs. Focus on rapid experimentation, technical execution of demand generation, and designing repeatable, scalable acquisition systems.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Onsite 5 days a week)

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 + 10% target bonus

What you will do

• Design and implement automated workflows using Clay, Apollo, and Smartlead to generate qualified pipeline at scale.
• Execute integrated campaigns across outbound, paid channels, and content to generate qualified demos.
• Establish comprehensive tracking systems for critical KPIs to inform strategic growth decisions.
• Launch and analyze rapid-fire experiments across channels to validate assumptions and scale proven tactics.
• Create data enrichment workflows, predictive lead scoring, and intelligent CRM automation.
• Develop content and positioning specifically for private credit and private equity decision-makers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years in B2B demand generation, growth, or RevOps, preferably at a high-growth startup.
• Proven experience building systems that drive pipeline.
• Proficiency with Clay, Apollo, SmartLead, Octave, or similar tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Python, or scripting.
