What you will do

• Build and deploy marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp channels.
• Manage and execute multiple briefs from product, operations, and marketing teams.
• Take full end-to-end ownership of campaign delivery with minimal supervision.
• Maintain and optimize data extensions and audience segmentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication delivery across international markets.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Proven ability to deliver complex campaigns independently from start to finish.
• Confidence working with data extensions and advanced segmentation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London for a hybrid schedule (2 days in office).
