TL;DR

Partnership Development Manager (Fintech): Leading the JLR Partnership Development Programme to enhance finance and leasing experiences for customers and retailers with an accent on customer journey mapping and friction point identification. Focus on driving an aligned delivery roadmap and implementing customer-centric innovations across digital and physical touchpoints.

Location: Hybrid. Minimum of 2 days per week at JLR office in Whitely, Coventry, with regular travel to LBG offices and suppliers.

Salary: £61,344 - £68,160

What you will do

  • Lead the JLR Partnership Development Programme across finance and leasing.
  • Map end-to-end journeys for customers, retailers, and colleagues to identify and resolve friction points.
  • Develop and execute a prioritized delivery roadmap balancing brand, customer, and regulatory needs.
  • Champion customer-centric design across both digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Monitor KPIs and report on progress, risks, and benefits to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer experience, journey design, or partnership development.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end journey design and delivering measurable improvements.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior partners.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear delivery roadmaps.
  • Experience in motor finance, automotive, or financial services environments.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to dealer/retailer-led business models.
  • Experience with compliance, data protection, or legal frameworks in financial services.
