What you will do

• Partner with senior functional leaders across EMEA to coach, challenge, and manage team dynamics and organizational decisions.
• Drive performance by setting high standards, leading talent reviews, and managing succession planning.
• Manage complex employee relations (ER) cases across multiple EMEA jurisdictions, balancing compliance with commercial pragmatism.
• Lead organizational design initiatives from conceptualization through to full implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate closely with CoEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Reward) and People Operations to deliver end-to-end HR outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven track record of executing senior-level HR work in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Deep personal experience running complex ER cases across EMEA jurisdictions and working knowledge of labor law.
• Demonstrable coaching capability with a history of improving leadership performance.
• Ability to create clarity and drive results within ambiguous and matrixed organizations.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
