TL;DR
GTM Engineer (Marketing): Building and scaling a revenue engine for a private credit management platform with an accent on automated pipeline creation and multi-channel demand generation. Location: Onsite in Seattle, Washington, United States (5 days a week)
Salary: $140,000–$160,000 base + 10% target bonus

What you will do
- Design and implement automated workflows using Clay, Apollo, and Smartlead to generate qualified pipeline at scale.
- Execute integrated campaigns across outbound, paid channels, and content to drive qualified demos.
- Own critical KPIs and establish comprehensive tracking systems to monitor performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Launch rapid-fire experiments across channels to validate assumptions and scale proven acquisition tactics.
- Create data enrichment workflows, predictive lead scoring, and intelligent CRM automation.
- Develop content and positioning tailored to private credit and private equity decision-makers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth, or RevOps, ideally at a high-growth startup.
- Experience building systems that drive pipeline using tools like Clay, Apollo, or SmartLead.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to design repeatable, scalable systems rather than pursuing short-term gains.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

- Experience with SQL, Python, or general scripting.
