TL;DR

Director, Performance Marketing and Media (Fintech): Leading paid media strategy and investments across SEM, paid social, and programmatic channels to drive pipeline and revenue with an accent on customer acquisition and retention. Focus on optimizing measurement frameworks, managing multi-million dollar budgets, and scaling B2B SaaS growth through rigorous testing.

Location: In-office 5 days a week in New York, NY

Salary: $160,000 – $225,000

What you will do

  • Own multi-channel paid media strategy and investments across SEM, paid social, programmatic, and digital ABM to drive acquisition and growth.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of managers, individual contributors, and agency partners.
  • Drive pipeline and revenue impact through attribution, incrementality testing, and MMM frameworks in partnership with Revenue Operations.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Creative, and Web/SEO teams to launch integrated, audience-led campaigns.
  • Manage multi-million dollar budgets with disciplined forecasting, pacing, and ROAS optimization.
  • Establish a testing and learning agenda to improve lead quality, conversion rates, CAC, and payback periods.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in performance/digital media with 7+ years in leadership roles.
  • Deep expertise in SEM, paid social, programmatic/DSPs, and content syndication.
  • Fluency in GA4, Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Proven track record of managing significant budgets and delivering revenue efficiency.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or a related field.

  • Experience building in-house marketing capabilities.
