Growth Marketing Lead (Fintech): Driving consistent pipeline and high-quality leads for the sales team with an accent on outbound growth, field marketing, paid acquisition, and account-based marketing (ABM). Focus on building and optimizing the growth engine, scaling multi-channel experiments, and managing the marketing tech stack to drive revenue for a B2B SaaS API platform.
Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in New York, NY; Austin, TX; San Francisco, CA; or Washington D.C.
Salary: $160,000–$220,000

What you will do
- Own the strategy, execution, and reporting of the marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue numbers.
- Lead paid acquisition across all channels, optimizing creative angles, landing page design, and overall performance efficiency.
- Partner with Sales to design bespoke ABM campaigns, including executive dinners and targeted content for high-value banking and fintech prospects.
- Manage and improve the growth marketing tech stack, including HubSpot, Outreach, Clay, and Apollo, ensuring data hygiene.
- Oversee outsourced SDR teams to ensure alignment in messaging, audience segmentation, and performance.
- Launch and optimize growth campaigns for new products, features, and target market segments.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, demand generation, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS.
- 3+ years of experience in account-based marketing supporting enterprise and strategic sales motions ($250k+ deals).
- Proven experience building zero to one in a Series A-C startup environment.
- Demonstrated ability to own paid and outbound channels from strategy through execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in FinTech or API-first companies.
- Experience marketing to developers (PLG) and bank executives (Enterprise) simultaneously.
- Experience building a Customer Advisory Board or similar high-touch community program.
