TL;DR

GTM Strategy Manager (AI): Diagnosing and improving go-to-market performance across sales, marketing, and customer success with an accent on AI tooling, agent design, and data-driven recommendations. Focus on building and maintaining AI-enabled workflows, improving targeting precision, and driving AI adoption within the GTM organization.

Location: Must live in or near San Francisco and work from the office 3 days per week.

Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 + equity for San Francisco-based candidates

What you will do

  • Analyze GTM performance across Sales, Marketing, and CS, delivering data-backed recommendations.
  • Own agent design and AI-enabled development, maintaining a structured, data-driven agentic universe.
  • Drive agent-activation within Dust, building workflows and automations.
  • Own and continuously improve the leads engine, identifying high-signal triggers and improving targeting precision.
  • Evaluate and implement new AI tools that push hirify.global's GTM capabilities forward.
  • Partner with GTM leadership on strategic planning, audience design, and performance reviews.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, Finance, or equivalent roles.
  • Hands-on Clay experience.
  • Fluency with AI-native GTM tools like Claude, Cursor, OpenAI, and Dust.
  • GTM strategist mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
  • Self-directed and comfortable building from scratch.
  • Must live in or near San Francisco and work from the office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • SQL, Sigma, and Snowflake familiarity.
  • Background in B2B SaaS, ideally PLG or hybrid GTM models.
