What you will do

• Act as the strategic point of contact for programme activity across the JLR Financial Services partnership.
• Own and manage the end-to-end delivery roadmap, prioritizing initiatives for transformation and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain influential relationships across JLR, LBG, and external suppliers.
• Shape premium customer journeys across digital and physical touchpoints using data and insight.
• Maintain programme governance, including risk management, performance tracking, and benefits realisation.
• Research competitor activity and emerging technologies to keep the programme market-leading.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in strategic delivery, programme management, or customer experience roles.
• Proven ability to align partners across multiple organizations and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience translating technical and commercial requirements into structured delivery roadmaps.
• Strong capability in governance, risk management, and performance reporting.
• Analytical skills to interpret customer data and feedback for informed decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience in motor finance, leasing, automotive, or regulated financial services.
• Knowledge of compliance, data protection, and regulatory frameworks influencing programme delivery.
