TL;DR

Customer Onboarding Consultant (Traveltech): Guiding new property owners through the launch of their vacation rental business with an accent on project management and consultative sales. Focus on analyzing market data to set performance expectations and ensuring a seamless transition from sales to ongoing support.

Location: Remote (US). Must reside in an approved US state (excluding D.C. and Hawaii).

Salary: Base pay $52,020.80 annually + uncapped commission (OTE $10,500 annually).

What you will do

  • Consult homeowners on vacation rental best practices and the impact of guest reviews on revenue generation.
  • Manage a moving pipeline of new owner partners from the point of signing through activation.
  • Analyze market-specific data to set realistic performance expectations for partners.
  • Make independent business decisions regarding profitability, ROI, and partnership readiness.
  • Maintain high-quality communication via phone, email, and text to ensure partner success.
  • Collect property details and utilize internal tools to ensure brand standards are met.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in consultative sales, project management, or customer service.
  • Must be based in the US (excluding D.C. and Hawaii).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a hospitality mindset.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate market data effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize detail-oriented work.
  • Goal-oriented mentality with foundational sales skills to overcome objections.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the vacation rental industry.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or SalesLoft.
