What you will do
- Serve as the senior HR leader for LATAM operations, specifically supporting Mexico and other emerging markets in Central and South America.
- Partner with regional leadership to enable new market entry, distributor expansion, and commercial scaling.
- Design organizational structures that enable agility and lead workforce planning aligned to revenue targets.
- Develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top commercial talent across various LATAM markets.
- Ensure full compliance with Mexico labor law and other applicable regional employment regulations.
- Leverage workforce analytics to inform business decisions and provide strategic updates to US-based leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in strategic HRBP roles.
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
- Must be based in Miami, FL (Hybrid).
- Strong knowledge of Mexico labor law and familiarity with broader LATAM employment frameworks.
- Experience operating within a global organization with U.S.-based leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Portuguese proficiency to support future growth in Portuguese-speaking markets.
- Master’s degree or professional HR certification.
