What you will do

• Serve as the senior HR leader for LATAM operations, specifically supporting Mexico and other emerging markets in Central and South America.
• Partner with regional leadership to enable new market entry, distributor expansion, and commercial scaling.
• Design organizational structures that enable agility and lead workforce planning aligned to revenue targets.
• Develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top commercial talent across various LATAM markets.
• Ensure full compliance with Mexico labor law and other applicable regional employment regulations.
• Leverage workforce analytics to inform business decisions and provide strategic updates to US-based leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in strategic HRBP roles.
• Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• Must be based in Miami, FL (Hybrid).
• Strong knowledge of Mexico labor law and familiarity with broader LATAM employment frameworks.
• Experience operating within a global organization with U.S.-based leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
