What you will do

• Architect and evolve the recruiting technology ecosystem (ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms) and embed AI across the hiring lifecycle.
• Build a modern talent intelligence function to inform executive decision-making and global workforce planning.
• Design and operationalize scalable global recruiting processes, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Talent Operations function to support global growth.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and Security to ensure governance, compliance, and strategic alignment on location and diversity.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Operations, or People Operations.
• 7+ years of experience leading Talent Operations or Recruiting Operations teams.
• Proven track record of scaling talent infrastructure in high-growth technology companies.
• Experience supporting organizations through hypergrowth, late-stage scale, or IPO readiness.
• Deep fluency in recruiting technologies, data analytics, and AI automation.
