TL;DR

Creative Operations Co-op (Project Management): Coordinating creative workflows and asset delivery for brand storytelling across digital and retail channels with an accent on timeline management and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on optimizing creative production schedules, organizing high-volume assets, and facilitating stakeholder communication to ensure on-brand project delivery.

Location: Hybrid: Minimum 2 days per week onsite in Needham, MA. No relocation assistance provided.

Salary: $26 - $35 per hour

What you will do

  • Coordinate timelines, resources, and workflows for high-impact creative campaigns.
  • Manage creative asset organization, version control, and delivery across digital and retail channels.
  • Track project milestones and production schedules using project management tools like Wrike.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, digital, and content teams to align project goals.
  • Facilitate team meetings and lead project kick-offs to identify roadblocks and priorities.
  • Support special projects for product launches bridging storytelling and execution.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s program, or graduated within the past year.
  • Ability to work full-time (40h/week) with at least 2 days onsite in Needham, MA.
  • Experience supporting creative, brand, or content teams (strongly preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools (e.g., Wrike, SharePoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with creative workflows, asset management, or agency processes.
