What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics like ROI and conversions, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Manage SEO team workflow: assign tasks, follow up, ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across marketing teams and departments.
• Provide project updates to management, participate in client meetings, and mentor team members.
• Identify resources, assign responsibilities, create training materials, and improve processes.

Requirements

• Availability to work 40 hours/week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST with reliable internet, power, computer, webcam, mic, and speakers
• Excellent client-facing communication and experience presenting in on-camera meetings.
• SEO experience and managing Google Ads accounts (certification preferred).
• Project management experience with methodology knowledge: issue resolution, risk management, work plans, resource allocation, team meetings.
• Knowledge of tools like Basecamp, MS Project, Visio, Salesforce.
• Understanding of web development (HTML/CSS/PHP preferred), strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
