hirify.global is building the enterprise browser, a new category at the center of enterprise work, with a high-performing marketing design team.

What you will do

• Triage and prioritize incoming design requests in Asana, maintaining a structured project board
• Scope requests with stakeholders across marketing, product, and sales to create clear, actionable briefs
• Assign projects to designers based on workload, skills, and requirements
• Run check-ins to track progress, surface blockers, and manage capacity
• Build and maintain intake workflows, templates, and request forms
• Own the design team’s Asana workspace and status updates
• Analyze request patterns and plan for high-demand periods
• Serve as primary point of contact for request status

Requirements

• 3+ years in traffic management, project coordination, or creative operations
• Deep familiarity with Asana workflows
• Understanding of design processes from brief to delivery
• Exceptional organizational skills for high-volume requests
• Strong written communication to refine vague requests into briefs
• Comfort with ambiguity and judgment calls
• Calm, collaborative presence trusted by stakeholders and designers

Nice to have

• Background in B2B or enterprise tech marketing
• Experience with enterprise browsers, SaaS security tools, or IT productivity platforms
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma
