Web Development Project Manager (Web): Managing scopes, plans, and delivery for large/complicated websites and high-profile clients with an accent on resource allocation, risk management, and cross-team coordination. Remote worldwide (100% remote company), must be available 40 hours/week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST, reliable workstation/internet required. Company based in CA, US.
Salary: $18–$35 per hour (CA, NY, WA, CO; may vary outside).

What you will do
- Review and define project scopes, work plans, wireframes, sitemaps considering resources, costs, risks, and business impacts.
- Assign responsibilities, communicate objectives, and ensure projects meet schedules/budgets.
- Review team deliverables before client handoff and enforce project standards/methodology.
- Collaborate with design, dev, SEO teams on vision, tradeoffs, usability/performance.
- Manage risks, attend client meetings, develop QA processes, and maintain documentation.
- Monitor industry trends for client solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in responsive design and proficiency with design/editing software.
- Knowledge of PM tools (Basecamp, MS Project, Visio, Salesforce) and web standards/usability/rich media.
- Solid PM methodology: issue/risk resolution, work plans, resource allocation, team meetings.
- Strong soft skills: analytical, problem-solving, negotiating, organizational, leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, anticipate issues, high attention to detail.
- Reliable setup and availability for 9am-6pm PST (40h/week).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento).
- Leadership experience with teams of 3+ people.
