TL;DR

Global Segment Leader (Fintech): Defining and driving strategy and outcomes within specific customer verticals for a financial data platform with an accent on market penetration and cross-functional alignment. Focus on identifying product capability gaps, establishing go-to-market strategies, and optimizing client value delivery.

Location: New York, NY, USA. Must be in the office 5 days a week. Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Annual Base Salary: $240,000–$300,000 + 25% target bonus

What you will do

  • Define and drive the overall strategy and outcomes within a specific customer vertical (e.g., Banks, GPs, Allocators).
  • Identify product capability gaps to enable deeper market penetration and business growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align go-to-market strategies, pricing, and product packaging.
  • Represent the company as the strategic lead in high-impact client engagements and industry events.
  • Establish structured channels for capturing the voice of the customer to inform strategic planning and product design.
  • Monitor competitor activity and analyze segment-specific win/loss dynamics to refine market positioning.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in commercial leadership, GTM strategy, or industry-specific roles within SaaS, data, or financial services.
  • Deep understanding of private markets; direct experience in the target customer segments is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of executing vertical strategies with measurable business impact.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite clients and internal stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
