What you will do

• Collaborate with leadership to define the vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for the Record to Report business unit.
• Partner with engineering leadership to drive execution, manage product tradeoffs, and align on technical initiatives.
• Lead the integration of AI across financial workflows to enhance speed, quality, and user trust.
• Coach and develop a team of product managers by improving execution quality and sharpening strategic priorities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Own product decisions from initial discovery through to post-launch learning and iterative improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management for complex B2B SaaS products.
• Proven ability to lead product strategy and roadmap execution for workflow-heavy software.
• Strong track record of operating at both strategic and tactical levels to drive meaningful product outcomes.
• Excellent judgment in making hard prioritization decisions and identifying critical customer requirements.
• Experience in a player-coach capacity with the ability to elevate team performance.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with accounting systems such as NetSuite, Intacct, Workday, SAP, or QuickBooks.
• Experience building products for accountants, controllers, or the office of the CFO.
• Knowledge of specific record-to-report workflows including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial consolidation.
