Salary: $181,450 – $234,150 (Tiered based on location)

What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for the post-submission funnel to reduce abandonment and rejections.
• Identify and prioritize conversion gaps using cohort analysis and qualitative feedback.
• Design and ship interventions like self-service tools and proactive outreach strategies.
• Partner with Marketing to own the strategy for in-funnel messaging (email, SMS, in-app).
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Data Science to ship improvements.
• Define success metrics and run experiments to make conversion performance visible.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in fintech, mortgage, lending, or funnel-intensive products.
• Proven track record of improving conversion in complex, multi-stage funnels.
• Strong analytical skills, including cohort analysis, A/B testing, and SQL.
• Experience partnering with marketing teams on messaging strategies or lifecycle campaigns.
