What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy for the Clarity portfolio, aligning capabilities with hirify.global’s broader financial services and data strategy.
• Lead the full product lifecycle—from ideation through delivery and optimization—across Clarity’s products.
• Engage directly with clients to understand evolving credit and risk needs.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and analytics teams to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and market expansion.
• Drive alignment across product, engineering, data/analytics, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
• Monitor competitive dynamics, including fintech disruptors, alternative data providers, and evolving bureau capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management with direct ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and delivery within financial services, data, or SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of building, scaling, and commercializing data-driven or analytics-based products.
• Strong understanding of credit risk, alternative data, fraud, or financial inclusion ecosystems preferred.
• Experience operating in regulated, data-intensive environments with complex stakeholder landscapes.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with execution rigor.
