Location: Hybrid; Must be based in San Diego, CA, USA with a reliable vehicle for regular travel

Salary: $24.00 - $26.78 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct intake screening and determine program eligibility for prospective clients.
• Deliver digital skills education workshops and provide one-on-one coaching.
• Collaborate with community partners to refine the Digital Literacy training series.
• Develop in-language instructional videos and digital literacy materials using AI tools.
• Distribute technology devices and maintain accurate client records in a CRM.
• Perform data entry and reporting for program evaluation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in instruction or coaching required.
• At least 1 year of experience with data tracking/CRM (e.g., Salesforce) required.
• Prior experience working with refugee, immigrant, or low-income populations required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Zoom.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in the nonprofit sector (1+ year strongly preferred).
• Fluency in Haitian Creole, Farsi, Dari, Spanish, Pashto, Arabic, Swahili, Ukrainian, or Russian.
• Experience with Canva and AI-assisted content creation tools.
