TL;DR

Global Segment Leader (Fintech): Defining and driving strategy and outcomes within a specific customer vertical to accelerate growth and strengthen market position with an accent on cross-functional alignment and product capability identification. Focus on translating vertical strategy into measurable impact, conducting deep market analysis, and optimizing go-to-market strategies.

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States. Must be in the office 5 days a week. Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Salary: $240,000–$300,000 annual base salary + 25% target bonus.

What you will do

  • Define and drive strategy and outcomes for a specific customer vertical (Allocators, Banks, GPs, or CSPO).
  • Identify product capability gaps to enable deeper market penetration and growth.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
  • Conduct market and client analysis to uncover unmet needs and competitive threats.
  • Set revenue growth targets and define pricing strategies and product packaging.
  • Represent the company in high-impact client engagements and industry events.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in commercial leadership, GTM strategy, or financial services within SaaS or data.
  • Deep understanding of private markets and direct experience in target segments.
  • Proven success in executing vertical strategies with measurable business impact.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Analytical rigor to synthesize data and feedback into actionable strategies.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
