Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario. Must be authorized to work in Canada (excluding Quebec); no sponsorship provided.
Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 CAD annually

What you will do
- Drive ad tech investment decisions and strategy to maximize revenue from global users.
- Collaborate with product teams to transform the ad stack to meet or exceed industry standards.
- Onboard new revenue partners, including contract negotiations and legal reviews.
- Lead the Programmatic & Ad Operations team, including traffickers and analysts.
- Optimize the programmatic stack, manage SSP partnerships, and lead inventory pricing strategy.
- Forecast display ad inventory and report performance metrics to leadership.
Requirements
- Deep experience in publisher-side programmatic and direct advertising within the content industry.
- Proficiency with online ad serving, SSPs, and programmatic systems.
- Proven track record of creating and executing advertising monetization strategies.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data into actionable recommendations.
- Authorized to work in Canada (excluding Quebec).
