What you will do

• Own and execute the enterprise productivity roadmap and the transformation portfolio.
• Shape and evolve the company's future-state operating model and advise the executive team on efficiency levers.
• Diagnose systemic productivity barriers and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive priority business outcomes.
• Implement KPI frameworks, enterprise dashboards, and accountability mechanisms.
• Drive automation and AI enablement in partnership with IT and other cross-functional teams.
• Deliver annual OpEx and SG&A productivity improvements and structural cost reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in consulting, transformation, or performance improvement.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale transformation leadership.
• Strong financial acumen and expertise in KPI frameworks and operating rhythms.
• Experience with automation, AI, and digital platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Must be based in Needham, MA or New York City, NY.
