Salary: $125,000 - $250,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic projects from ideation to execution.
• Analyze business performance data to identify trends and guide decision-making.
• Build business cases and financial models to support strategic investments and priorities.
• Design and optimize key operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Support change management efforts related to new systems, tools, or workflows.

Requirements

• 1-10+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, or investment banking.
• Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority.
• All work must be conducted from an approved location within the U.S.
