Salary: $160K – $190K + Equity

What you will do
- Analyze performance data and recommend course corrections to drive category growth.
- Execute key strategic and operational special projects to scale the business.
- Develop GTM playbooks and documentation to support post-sales teams.
- Research the competitive landscape to inform and improve GTM strategies.
- Partner with product and operations teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Identify and present data-driven insights to GTM leadership.
Requirements
- Past experience in consulting, finance, strategy, business operations, or analytics at a high-growth startup.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Excellent executive communication skills for presenting insights to diverse audiences.
- Experience supporting the post-sales motion within a GTM organization.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Must be within commuting distance of LA, SF, or NYC hubs.
Nice to have
- Experience working with marketplaces or two-sided platforms.
- Passion for creator communities and live e-commerce verticals.
- Personal experience buying and selling in online marketplace communities.
