Salary: $79,200–$110,000

What you will do

• Monitor RCM performance trends and develop actionable dashboards in collaboration with Data and Finance teams.
• Support payer contracting activities, onboarding clinical network agreements and ensuring operational readiness.
• Manage strategic payer partnership programs, defining success metrics and tracking execution.
• Partner with Product, GTM, and Clinical teams to optimize operational workflows and SOPs.
• Lead business reviews and continuous improvement cycles with defined action plans for payer performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, payer relations, revenue cycle, or related functions.
• Must permanently reside in the US full-time.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort communicating data-driven insights.
• Proven track record of driving complex project initiatives to completion.
• Experience engaging with payers, health plans, or provider relations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Looker or other BI platforms for RCM performance reporting.
• Familiarity with value-based payment models and network implementation.
• Background in behavioral health, telehealth, or digital health organizations.
