Salary: $79,200–$110,000

What you will do
- Monitor RCM performance trends and develop actionable dashboards in collaboration with Data and Finance teams.
- Support payer contracting activities, onboarding clinical network agreements and ensuring operational readiness.
- Manage strategic payer partnership programs, defining success metrics and tracking execution.
- Partner with Product, GTM, and Clinical teams to optimize operational workflows and SOPs.
- Lead business reviews and continuous improvement cycles with defined action plans for payer performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, payer relations, revenue cycle, or related functions.
- Must permanently reside in the US full-time.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort communicating data-driven insights.
- Proven track record of driving complex project initiatives to completion.
- Experience engaging with payers, health plans, or provider relations.
Nice to have
- Experience with Looker or other BI platforms for RCM performance reporting.
- Familiarity with value-based payment models and network implementation.
- Background in behavioral health, telehealth, or digital health organizations.
