Salary: $205,000–$275,000 + 20% target bonus

What you will do

• Lead annual and quarterly planning, including OKRs, capacity, and headcount, ensuring budgets align with strategic bets.
• Run the technical RFC process and architecture review cadence, driving design-doc hygiene and decision records.
• Partner with platform, data, and ML leaders to align cloud strategy, data platforms (Snowflake), and AI initiatives.
• Manage the enterprise technology portfolio and resolve cross-team dependencies to maintain the critical path.
• Craft high-level communications for the EVP, including board updates, town halls, and technical narratives.
• Champion engineering health metrics (SLIs/SLOs, DORA, SPACE) to inform resourcing and priority calls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• 12+ years in technology roles (Engineering, Architecture, Product/TPM), including senior-level experience in a 500+ employee tech org.
• Ability to evaluate technical designs regarding cloud architecture, data platforms, and AI/ML services.
• Expertise in OKR and portfolio governance, with strong knowledge of Team Topologies for scaling tech teams.
• Hands-on familiarity with AWS/GCP, Snowflake, observability, CI/CD, and container orchestration.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
