What you will do

• Configure and maintain complex lifecycle automation, routing logic, and scoring models across the marketing tech stack.
• Own end-to-end technical execution of projects from scoping and configuration to deployment and validation.
• Translate architectural designs and business requirements into scalable system configurations.
• Proactively identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies, data inconsistencies, and integration risks.
• Implement data validation, hygiene, and operational guardrails in partnership with RevOps and Analytics.
• Continuously improve system performance by identifying automation and AI opportunities to reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or MarTech within a B2B environment.
• Advanced proficiency in at least one major Marketing Automation Platform and strong Salesforce CRM architecture knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with integration logic including APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS tools.
• Strong understanding of marketing data structures, lifecycle stages, and routing logic.
• Ability to scope, execute, test, and deploy technical solutions independently.
• Based in one of the listed US office locations.
